Is your jewelry waterproof?

Our goal is to provide to you jewelry that is fun, durable and water-resistant. JAJ uses various materials in the craft of our jewelry to allow us to create pieces that vary in character, weight and aesthetic. Our distinctly designed jewelry is made in solid brass, 18k gold-plating and silver.

How soon do you ship after an order is placed?

Our processing time is typically 2-5 business days once we receive your order. If there are any delays with production due to high order traffic or custom order requirement we will notify as soon as possible.

How does your "Forever Guarantee" work?

As part of our Forever Guarantee, if for any reason you are not happy with the condition of your item, please email us at info@joyanthonyjewelry.com. In most cases we can swap the item for a new one.

How do returns work?

We honor store credit for items returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and in original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping costs. Once we receive the item and review we will then either issue a store credit or make an exchange for your item for one of equal or lesser value.

Is your jewelry sustainable + ethically made?

Our materials are sourced both locally and internationally from select partners that place ethical principles as the center of their conduct. Community and purpose are at the core of what we do and always will be.

What should I do if the jewelry I received is damaged?

JAJ inspects all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare but unfortunate case of your item arriving damaged, please email info@joyanthonyjewelry.com within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.

What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for wholesale orders?

The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders at this time is 30 pieces per order.

What materials are used in the making of your jewelry?

Materials for our pieces are sourced responsibly and ethically via local suppliers. We also work with a few international manufacturers whose materials are fully traceable and ensure limited environmental impact.

How long does it take to ship a wholesale order?

We typically have a 1-2 week lead time on all wholesale orders. There are instances where we can expedite these orders and also cases when we need to extend the lead time slightly due to complexity or volume of orders. We like to work closely with our partners to ensure the timeline suits your particular needs. 

What is the lead time for shipping and arrival of your custom items?

Lead time and ship dates for our custom items vary based on materials, complexity and change requests. We ask that you communicate your design request clearly and concisely to avoid long delays.

Do you ship wholesale orders outside of the US?
